Criminal Investigations: Bloody Adultery, The Lomoro Case

50-year-old Mariette can no longer sleep. She hasn’t heard from her brother, Raphael Lomoro, for over six months. He lives in Madagascar, where he made a fortune in trading vanilla and returns to France a few weeks every year to see his wife and six children. She decides to investigate for herself. She contacts friends of her brother in Africa. All of them tell her that Raphael had returned to France to spend Christmas with his family.

She contacts different airlines and discovers that Raphael had actually landed at Roissy airport before Christmas. But then why didn’t he contact her? Mariette then alerts the police about the strange disappearance of her brother. Investigators find that four withdrawals were made on Raphael’s credit card after his arrival in France, but no one has seen him.
