Flight Paths: Italy – The Veneto Region

With Antonio Ferrari, a pilot with 35 years’ experience, Vincent explores the region around Venice. They land on the little island of Mazzerbo, where they find a few hectares of a wine that was believed to have disappeared, and they sample some delicious salted vegetables from the waters of the lagoon. In the heart of Venice, Vincent visits the Punta della Dogana, where the multimillionaire, François Pinault, installed his contemporary art collection. In Padua, Vincent inspects the old anatomical theatre where doctors of the middle-ages dissected corpses in public!
