Vincent is taken on an acrobatic ride by fearless stunt pilot Dye Heather Hayes. In between loop-the-loops, they examine the marine farms that raise and export the majority of Scottish salmon and meet the best tartan weaver in the land who dresses the English royal family. They then capture some stunning footage as they track wild otters on the Isle of Mull.
Vincent arrives at Alfaz Del Pi, a small town populated by the Norwegian community since the 1960s. Here, everything is Norwegian, even the outfits are true to those worn during the 18th century, despite the relentless heat!
