Every year in Pakistan thousands of children go missing or are abandoned on the streets of Karachi. Many of these children are found dead in the streets amidst piles of rubbish. But there are those who are trying to fight the problem.
We meet the orphanage where women are encouraged to leave their new borns, and where new homes are found for them. We also visit the lost children’s home, where the workers endeavour to find the families of the children and return them to their parents. And we follow what happens to those children whose parents do not come forward to reclaim them.
