Benoît Bringer’s acclaimed documentary “Food for Change” ( in french : “Recettes pour un meilleur monde”) will be screened on 23rd July in Québec at jardins du Bassin Luise. This special screening is part of an evening around environmental issues, organized by Québec-based organization Les urbainculteurs whose mission is to develop and promote urban, productive and accessible agriculture to increase food security, improve our living environments and promote an ecological transition.
