Rwanda: The Killers Amongst Us

The genocide of 800,000 Tutsis in just three months shocked the world. Sixteen years later, most of the killers remain at large. Many fled to Europe, in particular to France, where they built new lives for themselves and integrated themselves into local communities. Despite repeated complaints and international mandates from Rwanda, nothing is being done to bring these killers to justice.
