A man called the police in the middle of the night, reporting the discovery of a gagged individual, whose hands and feet are bound, next to the courthouse. The individual is identified as Dieter Krombach, a German doctor, suspected of killing his stepdaughter Kalinka in 1982. The father of the victim decided to deliver the perpetrator to the police himself.
