Criminal Investigations: The Killer’s Print

Eric Boisseranc returns home from work, and calls for his daughter Marine, who was supposed to be home. Hearing no response, he walks into the living room and is filled with horror at the scene in front of him. The lifeless body of his 20-year-old daughter is sprawled on the floor in a pool of blood. She has been stabbed to death.

The police find no signs of forced entry or break-ins at the home. The only meaningful clue is a size 43 footprint found near the corpse. Who could have hurt this young, studious, cheerful student, loved by everyone? A stalker? A relative? An ex-boyfriend? A quick look at Marine’s last voice message on her mobile phone uncovers a promising lead; the voice of a man shouting “What are you doing? Come here! Where are you going?” followed by silence. But this is just the beginning…
