Roberto Rinaldi is a dentist as well as a skilled pilot. In love with his region, he takes Vincent to Modena to examine an excavation site full of buried Roman treasures. A few miles away, they visit the source of incredible balsamic vinegar, as rare and valuable as the finest wines. Then at the summit of Mount Titan, Vincent explores the smallest Republic in the world, San Marino.
