In the middle of the Russian winter, Antoine leaves for Moscow to prove that happiness still exists in temperatures of -10 degrees. He visits Gorki Park, where Muscovites spend their free time, to try and skate across the biggest ice rink in the world, and get taken along it by dogs on a harness.
Our happiness adventurer tries ice fishing, a typical Russian pastime, and takes refuge in a Dacha – a traditional country house – to make a Shashlik, a kind of barbecue in the snow. He learns about the Butheyko Method, a Russian breathing technique, and goes to meet Andrei Bildjo, creator of the famous character ‘Petrovich’, the name given to one of the liveliest bars in Moscow.
