In this documentary we follow three girls in Norway living with skin diseases. How do they feel about being different? Tonje’s skin is growing 7 times faster than normal, she has to vacuum her bed every morning due to the amount of skin she produces. Vilde is covered with vitiligo that makes her almost completely white. She is not looking forward to summer and feels “disgusted in her own body”. Sanna struggles with psoriasis and has done ever since she was young. When it first occurred, it was during her exams in High School, causing her to struggle with eating disorders and depression.
